WHAT IS THE KORRIGO SERVICES CARD?

The KorriGo Services card, your new contactless transport card. Download the leaflet with all the information.
This personal smart card will allow you to load single tickets,10-trips tickets and subscriptions (annual, monthly). You can also load tickets from other partner networks in Brittany (TER BreizhGo, coach BreizhGo or other urban bus networks).

Each time you travel, you simply validate the card on the KorriGo Services validating machine. 

How to create the KorriGo Services card?

You can create your KorriGo Services card via the e-shop , in an agency or by post

Form needed to be filled in by the person requesting the card (also available at the agency).

There are 2 types of KorriGo Services card: 

• The nominative KorriGo Services card: your name, first name, and a photo are printed on the card. Your date of birth and the card’s expiry date are recorded. The card is valid for several years and can be reloaded.
• The declarative KorriGo Services card (from October 2020): the card is nominative, but the client profile is not filled in.  Attention: this card does not qualify for discounts (under 26 years old or social fare). Its contents cannot be retrieved in the event of loss or theft.

What happens in case of loss, theft, or damage of the card?

A contribution of 8€ will be asked at the agency to issue a duplicate. If your KorriGo Services card was issued by another network, you must request a duplicate from the network that issued the card.

In the event of a malfunction, a duplicate card can be obtained free of charge on presentation of the card at the agency.

The first edition of the card is free of charge, as is the renewal after 5 years.
